Abadía Seven
A truly unique venue for the arts
Abadía Seven. Tucked away in the old district of Villafranca del Cid, our rambling old house has remained virtually unchanged since it was built in 1617 – apart from marks left by the passage of time on its wooden beams, ceramic floors and lime-rendered walls.
The former presbytery – the “priest’s house” as it is known locally – stood empty for decades but the artist owners are now bringing it back to life as an alternative art venue.
Visitors are invariably stunned by the beauty of its decay and atmosphere of times gone by… inspiration guaranteed.
